Ensuring your contact information is correct
To ensure you receive all shipment notifications, please verify that the email address on your booking is accurate at the time of booking. If you need to update your contact information, our Client Experience Team can assist prior to your scheduled pickup.
If you did not receive a notification
If you were expecting a delivery notification and did not receive one, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered.
