Every Luggage Forward shipment is guaranteed to arrive on or before the delivery date requested. Occasionally a shipment will arrive early due to the close proximity of the pickup and delivery locations. For international shipments, deliveries are pending customs clearance.
When possible we include an estimated delivery date on the trip itinerary if it differs from the guaranteed delivery date. Otherwise, an email notification is sent out once we are advised of an estimated delivery date.
Intercepting an Early Delivery
In most locations we have the ability to hold luggage for a few extra days before attempting delivery. This will often times result in an additional charge per bag. This service cannot be booked directly online but it can be added to an existing booking by letting us know. Once luggage is out for delivery, adding a hold may not be possible.
