Luggage Forward backs every shipment with two core protections: the Double Money-Back Guarantee for on-time delivery, and coverage for loss or damage through standard coverage and optional Value Protection.
On-time delivery — Double Money-Back Guarantee
If your bags are picked up on the scheduled pickup date and are not delivered by 11:59 p.m. local time on your guaranteed delivery date, you are entitled to a refund of double the transportation charge. This guarantee applies to every shipment, on every route.
For round-trip bookings, the guarantee applies independently to each leg. The guarantee does not apply to circumstances outside Luggage Forward's control, including weather events, customs holds, and government actions. Loss and damage — Value Protection
Every shipment includes standard coverage at no additional cost. For shipments containing items of higher value, additional Value Protection is available for purchase at checkout. In the rare event of lost luggage, reimbursement is the greater of the Double Money-Back Guarantee amount or the purchased Value Protection coverage.
