A valid email address is required to complete your booking, and we are unable to process a reservation without one. We are unable to make a booking without an email address.
We ask for a valid email address at the time of booking for several important reasons.
Your booking confirmation. Once your shipment is reserved, we send a confirmation to your email with all the details of your trip: pickup date, destination, pricing, and your unique confirmation number. This serves as your record of the booking and the starting point for any future changes or inquiries.
Shipping documents and labels. Prepaid shipping labels and any required customs documentation are delivered directly to your inbox. Without a valid email address, we are unable to transmit these materials ahead of your scheduled pickup.
Shipment updates. We send proactive notifications at key milestones — pickup confirmation, transit updates, and delivery confirmation — so you always know exactly where your luggage is without needing to check.
Support and service. Should any questions arise before, during, or after your shipment, your email address allows our team to reach you quickly and keep a clear record of your case history, ensuring continuity of service.
Account access. Your email serves as your Luggage Forward account identifier, giving you access to your booking history, saved addresses, and past shipments at any time.
Because so much of the shipment process depends on email communication, we are not able to accommodate bookings made without one. If you do not have a personal email address, we recommend asking a trusted contact — such as a family member, assistant, or travel planner — to book on your behalf using their address, so that all important shipment details are received and nothing is missed.
We respect your inbox. Communications from Luggage Forward are purposeful — you will not receive unnecessary messages, only the information relevant to your shipment and your account.
