Packaging requirements
All items must be properly packed and protected for transit. Luggage should be in good condition and fully closeable. Sports equipment and fragile items should be packed to withstand standard carrier handling. If you have questions about how to prepare a specific item for shipment, our Client Experience Team is happy to advise.
Items that cannot be shipped
Certain items are classified as Disallowed Goods and cannot be accepted regardless of packaging or declared value. Shipping disallowed goods voids both Value Protection and the Double Money-Back Guarantee. We recommend reviewing the Disallowed Goods list before booking if you have any questions about the contents of your shipment.
