Luggage Forward ships to destinations around the world, but service is not available to all countries. Certain destinations are restricted due to international sanctions, carrier limitations, or customs regulations that prevent the safe and compliant transit of personal luggage.
Current restricted countries
Luggage Forward is unable to accept shipments to or from the following destinations:
- Afghanistan
- Cuba
- Lebanon
- Myanmar
- Russia
- St. Pierre & Miquelon
- Syria
- Tajikistan
- Turkmenistan
- Yemen
This list is reviewed regularly and is subject to change. If your destination is not listed above, you can confirm serviceability by entering your route on our website or by contacting our Client Experience Team.
Why some countries are restricted
Restrictions typically fall into one of three categories:
- Sanctions and trade restrictions — Certain countries are subject to international trade sanctions that prohibit or limit the movement of goods, including personal luggage.
- Carrier limitations — Our carrier network does not service every country. In some cases, reliable pickup or final-mile delivery is not available at the standard our clients expect.
- Customs and import regulations — Some destinations impose strict customs requirements that make the reliable delivery of personal luggage impractical or not possible.
Partially restricted destinations
In some cases, a country may be serviceable but with limitations — for example, certain regions, islands, or remote areas within a country may not be reachable through our standard network. If your destination is in an unusual or remote location, we recommend confirming serviceability with our Client Experience Team before booking.
