How far in advance of my trip should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally at least two weeks before your departure date. This allows ample time to schedule pickup, process your shipment, and ensure delivery arrives before you do.
Domestic shipments
For domestic shipments, a minimum of three business days before your required delivery date is generally needed. Booking further in advance gives you greater flexibility in selecting a pickup date and delivery speed.
International shipments
International shipments require additional lead time to account for customs clearance and documentation. We recommend booking at least two to three weeks ahead of your travel date. Our team will guide you through any destination-specific requirements when you book.
Peak travel periods
During high-demand travel periods — major holidays, spring break, and summer travel season — we encourage booking even earlier. Pickup availability can be limited during these times, and additional lead time ensures your shipment arrives without added pressure on your travel timeline.

A note on delivery dates
When booking, select a delivery date that gives you at least one full day of buffer before you need your bags. Shipments occasionally encounter unforeseen delays, and arriving with a day to spare allows for peace of mind throughout your journey.
