Where is the option to pick up from or deliver to a cruise ship when booking?
Luggage Forward ships to and from cruise ships, and the option to designate a cruise as your pickup or delivery location is built directly into the online booking flow. Shipments can be arranged one way or round trip, and bookings can also be made by phone with our Client Experience Team if you prefer assistance.
Delivering to a cruise ship
When entering your destination, you will see a checkbox beneath the address field that reads "Deliver to a cruise." Select this option to reveal additional fields for your cruise line and port of departure.
Once those fields are completed, continue through the booking process as normal.
Picking up from a cruise ship
When entering your origin, you will see a checkbox beneath the address field that reads "Pickup from a cruise." Select this option to reveal additional fields for your cruise line and port.
Once those fields are completed, continue through the booking process as normal.

If you're booking online for shipment to or from a cruise, it is very important to make sure that you've selected the box that indicates we'll be going to/ or collecting from a cruise ship. Follow these steps below to ensure you're booking correctly:
When picking up from a cruise ship:
- As seen in the photo below, when you get to the place that asks for your origin, make sure to click the box below that says "Pickup from a cruise"
- Upon clicking this box, you should be able to see new options pop up. These will allow you to fill in your cruise line and port. After this, proceed booking as normal.
When delivering to a cruise ship:
- As seen in the photo below, when you get to the place that asks for your destination, make sure to click the box below that says "Deliver to a cruise"
- Upon clicking this box, you should be able to see new options pop up. These will allow you to fill in your cruise line and port. After this, proceed booking as normal.
