One-Way Shipments
A one-way shipment is ideal when you are traveling without a return leg, relocating, or simply prefer to arrange each direction of your trip independently. You book only the route you need—nothing more.
Round-Trip Shipments
If you are traveling to a destination and returning to the same origin, booking a round trip is a convenient way to arrange both legs at once. Round-trip pricing is available during the booking process and applies the same transparent, category-based pricing model as all Luggage Forward shipments.
Does My Quote Include Both Directions?
Quotes displayed online are for a single shipment leg (one way) by default. If you would like pricing for both directions, you will need to add a return leg during the booking process. Once added, your pricing will automatically update to reflect both shipment legs.
How to Add a Return Leg
When booking online:
- Start your booking for the outbound shipment.
- Select "Add Another Leg" during the booking process.
- Enter the return pickup location, pickup date, and delivery address.
- Review the updated pricing for both shipment legs.
- Complete your booking.
If you have already completed your booking without adding a return leg, you can simply create a separate booking for the return shipment.
