Luggage Forward sends your shipping tags in advance of your scheduled pickup date. The method and timing of delivery depends on when your booking was made.
Standard bookings — two or more days before pickup
For bookings made at least two days before your scheduled pickup date, a printed label packet will be mailed to your address via postal service or one of our carrier partners. Your packet will typically arrive within one to two days of booking. If your pickup date is still several days away, your tags should arrive well in advance with time to spare.
Last-minute bookings — within two days of pickup
For bookings made within two days of your scheduled pickup date, shipping labels will be delivered to you by email rather than by post. In these cases, door collection is not available — bags must be dropped off at the appropriate carrier location with your printed labels attached. If your tags have not arrived
If your pickup date is approaching and you have not received your label packet, contact our Client Experience Team as soon as possible at +1 617-482-1100 or support@luggageforward.com. A Client Experience Representative will confirm the status of your packet and arrange for tags to be resent or advise on next steps, which may include emailing your labels for drop-off at a carrier location.
Earlier contact gives us the most options to resolve the situation without affecting your shipment.
