Overview
Luggage Forward provides a receipt for every completed booking. Whether you need a standard trip receipt or detailed documentation for business expense reporting, your options are outlined below.
Your Trip Receipt
A receipt is included at the bottom of your booking confirmation email, which is sent automatically once a shipment is booked. To locate it:
- Search your inbox for an email from Luggage Forward with the subject line confirming your order. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation email — your receipt will appear there, summarizing the shipment details and total charge.
If you no longer have access to your confirmation email, you may also find your order summary by logging in to your account at luggageforward.com and navigating to My Orders.
Concur Expense Reporting
Luggage Forward is integrated with Concur, making it straightforward to submit shipment charges for expense reimbursement.
To connect your Concur account:
- Log in to your Luggage Forward account at your account.
- Navigate to Edit Profile within your account settings.
- Select the option to link your Concur account and follow the prompts to complete the connection.
Once linked, your Luggage Forward charges will be available for import directly into your Concur expense reports.
