Regaining access to your Luggage Forward account is straightforward. The steps below depend on whether you remember your current password.
If You Know Your Current Password
- Sign in to your Luggage Forward account.
- Select "Edit Profile" from the navigation menu.
- Scroll to the "Reset Password" section at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your new password and save your changes.
If You Have Forgotten Your Password
You will need access to the email address associated with your account to proceed.
- Visit the Reset Password page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and submit.
- You will receive an email from support@luggageforward.com with instructions to create a new password.
- If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Having Trouble With a Reset Link?
For security purposes, password reset links are time-limited and can only be used once.
If you receive a message indicating that your reset link has expired or is invalid:
- Return to the sign-in page and select "Forgot Password."
- Request a new password reset email.
- Use the most recently received reset email, as older links will no longer work.
- Complete the password reset promptly after receiving the email.
If you have requested multiple reset emails, only the newest link will be valid.
Changed Your Password but Still Can't Sign In?
If your password reset appears successful but you are still unable to log in:
- Verify that you are signing in with the same email address used to request the password reset.
- Try opening the login page in a private/incognito browser window.
- Clear any saved credentials in your browser or password manager and re-enter your email and password manually.
- Wait a minute or two after resetting your password before attempting to sign in again.
Using Google Sign-In
If the login page prompts you to sign in with Google and you would prefer to use an email address and password, select the email sign-in option and enter your credentials.
If your account was originally created using Google Sign-In, you may need to continue using Google or complete the password reset process to establish an email/password login, if available.
