Once a booking is placed, changes can be made only by contacting us by phone, email, or chat. One of our Client Experience Representatives will gladly assist in making the necessary adjustments.
Change a booking
When life happens, we can accommodate most changes. Below are examples of changes that can be made without a booking being canceled. Please note that if new tags are needed you may need to drop off your luggage at a carrier or we may need to delay your shipment by 1-2 business days so that we can send you updated luggage tags. Pickup Date Changes
You may request a pickup date change at any time before your scheduled pickup. Changes are subject to carrier availability and may affect your estimated delivery date. In some situations, changing the pickup date may require updated shipping labels or result in additional charges if a different transit window or service level is needed.
Pickup Time Changes
Pickup time windows may be adjusted based on carrier availability. Requests made within two days of pickup may have limited options available. If a preferred pickup time cannot be accommodated, alternative arrangements such as a different pickup date or carrier drop-off may be available.
Address Changes
Pickup and delivery address changes should be requested as early as possible. Delivery address changes requested close to pickup may require additional processing time, updated luggage tags, or additional fees. Once luggage has been collected and is in transit, rerouting options may be limited or unavailable.
Bag Count Changes
If you need to add or remove bags from your shipment, please contact us before pickup. Updated luggage tags may be required, and additional charges or refunds may apply based on the revised shipment details.
Itinerary Updates
If your travel itinerary changes after booking, we encourage you to send us updated flight, cruise, or travel information. While itinerary updates are not always required, they help us ensure timely tag processing and accurate shipment coordination.
Pricing Changes
Some booking modifications may result in price adjustments. Changes to pickup or delivery locations, service levels, shipping speeds, bag counts, or travel dates may affect the cost of your shipment. Any additional charges will be reviewed with you before changes are finalized.
Cancel a Booking
We understand travel plans can change and will make every reasonable effort to minimize fees.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 2 or more business days before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations made within 2 business days of pickup or after: $50 cancellation fee
- Bookings suspected to be fraudulent may be canceled without refund or credit and may result in account ineligibility for future bookings
To request a cancellation, please contact us by phone, email, or chat and provide your booking number. If you have multiple bookings or only wish to cancel part of a reservation, please specify which booking, bags, or shipment leg should be canceled.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days, though your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
If more than 120 days have passed since the original booking date and the original payment method can no longer accept a refund, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Luggage Forward provides a full refund for any booking canceled more than three business days before the first scheduled pickup date.
