Once a booking is placed, changes can be made only by contacting us by phone, email, or chat. One of our Client Experience Representatives will gladly assist in making the necessary adjustments.
Change a booking
When life happens, we can accommodate most changes. Below are examples of changes that can be made without a booking being canceled. Please note that if new tags are needed you may need to drop off your luggage at a carrier or we may need to delay your shipment by 1-2 business days so that we can send you updated luggage tags. Note
The sooner we are advised of changes, the better. Most changes require luggage tags to be updated and new ones mailed out.
Cancel a booking
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand travel plans can change and will make every reasonable effort to minimize fees.
- Cancellations made 2+ business days before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations made within 2 business days of pickup or after: $50 fee
- Bookings suspected to be fraudulent may be canceled without refund or credit and may result in account ineligibility for future bookings
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the cancellation request is made more than 120 days after booking, the refund may be issued by check, PayPal, or as account credit.
Worry-Free Booking
Luggage Forward provides a full refund for any booking canceled more than three business days from the first pickup date.
