1. Delivery to Hotels and Resorts
If your destination is a hotel, our shipping partners deliver directly to the front desk, bell closet, or dedicated receiving department. Hotel staff are highly experienced in managing guest luggage and will store your clubs in a secure, climate-controlled area.
2. Delivery to Golf Courses and Country Clubs
If you are shipping directly to a golf course or a private club, your bag will typically be received by the Pro Shop/Golf Staff.
- Seamless Transition: Most courses will store your bag in the "Bag Room," meaning your clubs may already be loaded onto a cart or waiting for you in the pro shop when you arrive for your round.
- Pro Tip: If shipping to a private club where you are a guest, ensure the "Ship To" name includes the name of the hosting member to help the staff identify the shipment quickly.
Essential Coordination Tips
To ensure a smooth handoff, please follow these two steps:
- Match the Names: Ensure the "Recipient Name" on your shipping label matches the name on your hotel or tee-time reservation.
- Please note the phone number on the label is a Luggage Forward phone number; this is so that we take the calls to ensure you have a hassle-free experience.
- Notify the Destination: A quick call to the hotel front desk or the golf pro shop, letting them know to expect a "luggage shipment," is always a good practice.
Upon Arrival: Simply present your ID at the front desk or pro shop. Your clubs will be ready and waiting for the first tee. Please note each Golf Course has its own policy and procedures, so they may provide you with more detailed information.
