When will my luggage tags arrive?

Your luggage tags will arrive up to one week prior to your pickup and can be sent via FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. Once your envelope leaves our office you will receive an email to track it if you wish.

If you placed a last minute booking then the luggage tags were likely emailed as part of your booking confirmation and must be printed prior to the pickup time.
