Where is my pickup driver?
Although Luggage Forward cannot guarantee pickup windows, we work with our logistics partners to ensure each pickup goes smoothly and that they are doing everything in their power to complete the pickup within the specified window. If you find that your pickup window has passed and your luggage isn't picked up yet, the driver may be running late.
There are many reasons that could cause drivers to run behind schedule, such as traffic or last minute changes to their route, but it is our priority to coordinate with you and ensure your luggage is picked up as soon as possible.
Can't wait for the driver?
Please note that you don't need to be home for the pickup if you have safe place to leave your luggage for the driver.
In the case of a missed pickup, please contact us immediately. It is our priority to coordinate with you and ensure your luggage is picked up as soon as possible. There are a number of things you can do to ensure the pickup is successful.
- Verify the accuracy of the address listed on your Luggage Forward itinerary
- Follow the pickup instructions provided on your Luggage Forward itinerary
- Have luggage ready (at minimum) one hour before the start of your pickup window
- Ensure the driver has access to the pickup location
Failed pickups may result in a delivery delay. Luggage Forward will work with you to upgrade your shipment for an additional fee if necessary. Additional time is built into some of our shipments so an upgrade may not be necessary.
