Do I need to be home for pickup?
No, you are not required to be present for pickup, most clients simply leave their luggage with a doorman or in a safe location at their residence. Our standard pickup options include two or four hour windows depending on the service you book, so we wouldn't expect you to be waiting the whole time.

Do I need a Precise Pickup?
If you require pickup at a specific time of day not accommodated by one of the available pickup windows, we offer a Precise Pickup™ in most locations. For an additional fee, this allows you to choose a specific pickup time that is convenient for you.
Subsequently, if we are unable to pick up from your location or at an accommodating time, we have many convenient drop off locations where you can bring your luggage to ensure safe shipping with Luggage Forward and our partnered agents.
