How to add Value Protection at booking
During checkout, you will be presented with the option to declare a value for your shipment and select a corresponding level of Value Protection. The cost of coverage is calculated based on the declared value and is added to your shipment total before you confirm.
Adding or increasing Value Protection after booking
If you have already completed your booking and would like to add or increase your Value Protection, contact our Client Experience Team as soon as possible at +1 617-482-1100 or support@luggageforward.com. A Client Experience Representative will advise on whether coverage can be adjusted for your shipment and assist with any changes prior to pickup.

Every Luggage Forward shipment includes standard coverage. However, if your bags contain clothing, equipment, gifts, or personal items of significant value, standard coverage may not fully reflect the value of your contents. In the event of a lost item, reimbursement is the greater of the Double Money-Back Guarantee amount or your purchased Value Protection — making it the most direct way to ensure your shipment is appropriately covered.
