Do I need to be home for delivery?

No, you do not have to be present for delivery. International shipments usually require a signature whereas domestic shipments do not. Simply contact us and one of our specialists will provide all delivery options. 

International 

A signature should be required for most international shipments. However, it is ultimately up to the driver's discretion. You may leave a signed note on the door or contact us to have luggage left out front in your absence. 

Domestic

A signature is not required for most domestic shipments. If the driver feels the address is safe to leave in your absence, they most likely will. We may require a signature for delivery if advised at the time of booking (an additional fee applies). Simply contact us and one of our forwarding specialists will gladly assist.
