After your luggage is safely delivered to its destination you will receive a call or email from one of our forwarding specialists. If your luggage was delivered to a hotel, golf course, or cruise ship we will confirm who signed for the delivery so you will know where to collect your luggage when you arrive.
Cruise Delivery
Luggage going to a cruise ship is delivered to the ship's staff and then brought up to the stateroom (cabin). Please see guest services onboard the ship should you have any inquiries or concerns.
