Luggage Forward provides shipping services to and from cruise ships. This may be booked online or by phone, whichever is most convenient! Bookings can be arranged for one way or round trip.
If you're booking online for shipment to or from a cruise, it is very important to make sure that you've selected the box that indicates we'll be going to/ or collecting from a cruise ship. Follow these steps below to ensure you're booking correctly:
When picking up from a cruise ship:
- As seen in the photo below, when you get to the place that asks for your origin, make sure to click the box below that says "Pickup from a cruise"
- Upon clicking this box, you should be able to see new options pop up. These will allow you to fill in your cruise line and port. After this, proceed booking as normal.
When delivering to a cruise ship:
- As seen in the photo below, when you get to the place that asks for your destination, make sure to click the box below that says "Deliver to a cruise"
- Upon clicking this box, you should be able to see new options pop up. These will allow you to fill in your cruise line and port. After this, proceed booking as normal.
