Where is my pickup driver?
Luggage Forward doesn't guarantee pickups but we work with our logistics partners to ensure they happen seamlessly. If your pickup window has passed and your luggage isn't picked up yet then the driver may be running late.
In the case of a missed pickup, please contact us immediately. It is our priority to coordinate with you and ensure your luggage is picked up as soon as possible. There are a number of things you can do to ensure the pickup is successful.
- Verify the accuracy of the address listed on your Luggage Forward itinerary
- Follow the pickup instructions provided on your Luggage Forward itinerary
- Have luggage ready (at minimum) one hour before the start of your pickup window
- Ensure the driver has access to the pickup location
Failed pickups may result in a delivery delay. Luggage Forward will work with you to upgrade your shipment for an additional fee if necessary. Additional time is built into some of our shipments so an upgrade may not be necessary.
