Do you provide luggage storage?
In most locations, we have the ability to hold luggage for a few extra days before attempting delivery. There may be an additional charge of up to $35 per bag to hold the luggage, and the request is not guaranteed. This service cannot be booked directly online but it can be added to an existing booking by letting us know.
Can't be home for Pickup or Delivery?
Many of our clients don't wait at home for the pickup or delivery. You can leave your luggage for pick up in a safe location. If you don't plan to be in town when the luggage is scheduled for delivery, we recommend having the luggage delivered to a neighbor or a local business that would be able to hold onto the luggage until your arrival.
