Why was my luggage delivered early?

Every Luggage Forward shipment is guaranteed to arrive  on or before the delivery date requested. Occasionally a shipment will arrive early due to the close proximity of the pickup and delivery locations. When possible we include an estimated delivery date on the trip itinerary if it differs from the guaranteed delivery date. If your luggage is going to a hotel we will coordinate with hotel staff to ensure your bags are securely stored until your arrival.   

Shipping to a rental property?

If you are shipping to a rental property and you won't be there to receive the luggage if it arrives early then we suggest that you either have the luggage sent to the address where you will pickup your keys or we can often have the luggage held at a local shipping center and you can pick it up there when you arrive in town.
